We spent three nights here and the were fantastic! It was a special trip with our grandson and he thought our dome was really cool! It was so spacious for the three of us and very nicely decorated and supplied. The location was perfect for our activities and close to Jackson and the National Park entrance. On our last night, there was a huge thunderstorm with torrential rain. There was a small leak into the room and the property host was very quick to respond, cleaned up the water and placed towels to collect any more rain that may have leaked through the night. Fortunately the rain stopped and no further leaks. When there are no issues itâs very easy to give good ratings. The real test is how issues are resolved. The staff resolved the issue beyond our expectations and offered a reduction in our rate and a gift certificate to a local restaurant, which was unexpected. Thank you to all the staff and we will be back when we can and recommend to anyone staying in Jackson Hole.
