”We had a great stay in Clear Lake. The house was big enough to comfortably fit our large extended family and the location was close to the everything. ”This was a great place for two families to share a long weekend with all of our adult kids. Everyone had their own space and at the same time there were so many nice common areas to gather. ”This is a great location for those looking to fish the Rush River and enjoy a beautiful setting. Check-in process was very simple. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The only issue was that the listing indicated "sleeps six." However, there was one queen bed and one pull out queen. I spoke with the owner about this and he said it was a mistake in the listing.That's the only reason I didn't give full five stars for 'accuracy of online listing.' ”My wife and I stayed here 3 nights as part of a longer motorcycle ride exploring this area. Everything was as described. We loved the large porch and trendy styling. It’s quiet and private. The owner Joan lives in the next house down and is everything you’d look for in a perfect host. She went above and beyond to help us with our laundry situation. The nearby town of Downsville had 3 places to eat and Menomonie is 6 miles up the road. We’d easily do this again. ”
