”The room was spacious. There was a stain on the couch arm. I put a white towel on the bathroom floor and it was dirty when I picked it up off the floor. The staff were very nice and accommodating. There was not any information given about check out. The office didn’t not open until 9am.”

The bath towels provided in the room had visible stains on them, and the entire room had a strong odor that smelled like old, damp clothes. ”The hotel was clean overall except when my daughter ran the shower, a couple bugs crawled out of the drain. The shower is also not very powerful and the fiberglass tub sounds like it is cracking. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. When I went to the front desk the clerk had her back turned towards me in the back room and when I said, "Excuse me," she said, "yes," twice without turning around.
