The best memories are made at the end of an ol' dirt road and this is NO exception! This modern farmhouse situated on 2 acres will give you the peace you crave in a vacation! Farmhouse decor, 3 bed/2 bath sleeps up to 9 people. (see bed description before booking) Propane BBQ, Hot tub, wrap around porch (with old church pews and cedar rocking chairs) for enjoying abundant wildlife and fresh air! Full-size laundry! Blackout shades! Covered lighted parking! Detached game room with ping pong, corn hole, mini pool , a treadmill and a record player! A kid's playset in the back yard! We can’t wait for you to visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. The house was so cozy and comfortable and cutely decorated. Kristi was very accommodating with our few last minute guests and was accessible all weekend when we had questions. The overall property was perfect, including the morning visits from the deer. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Wimberley!!!

My family spent a week at Kristi's property and had such a great time! The house has everything you need, including comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and tons of personal touches. It's about 8 min to HEB and 10 min to the downtown area. Cell reception wasn't great (at least for us), but the wifi speed was fast so we didn't have any issues. It's a peaceful and beautiful location. Deer in the yard every day! Kristi is very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

Good distance from everything - hikes with the little ones in the morning, vineyards in the afternoon, dinner in town.You can tell these hosts know what they're doing. Every question was answered before we even had to think of it.

Disappointing Communication & Lack of Professionalism

I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience with this host. My wife got the flu before our stay, and instead of a refund, I asked to apply the payment to another weekend, even offering to extend our stay. The host took a long time to respond and seemed confused despite my clear explanations. She eventually told me to pick a new date, but after I did, I got no responThe host took quite a while to respond and, when she finally did, seemed completely confused about the situation—despite my multiple, clear explanations. She eventually told me to pick a new weekend, which I did, but then I received no response. On the departure date of our originally booked stay, she suddenly reached out, asking if we were still coming—something I had already communicated multiple times. When I reminded her once again that we were not coming due to my wife’s illness, she never responded. I followed up multiple times after that and never received a single reply.This level of poor communication is unacceptable. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a little flexibility and understanding. Instead, I was met with confusion, delays, and ultimately, complete silence. I wouldn’t book here again simply because I don’t want to deal with such an unresponsive and unreliable host. This is a real scenario that could happen to anyone, and it’s disappointing to see how little consideration was given. If you value clear and professional communication, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Best VRBO ever!

This place is now officially on our Favorites and we intend to return. The property was great, they have almost everything you could need! Great aesthetic and the game room was great for the kids to have a good time. Kristi was attentive and wonderful to communicate with. Beautiful Place

We rented this home to host a small wedding for our active duty Airman coming home to marry his sweetheart. Everything was perfect!! It slept our family perfectly and there was plenty of room outside for guests to enjoy the wedding, dinner, and dancing. Kristi was on top of communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Farmhouse Stay

Where do I even begin? This place was phenomenal! The farmhouse was great for our big family. Lots of sleeping space, dining space, huge yard with plenty of seating around the fire pit (including blankets), hot tub was clean and warm, lots of deer around, and close proximity to town without being TOO close. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish pods, etc., which is always nice. Coloring books and board/card games for the kids. The game room and play set were a a nice bonus, too! Kristi even allowed us a much later checkout due to freezing rain the morning of. Thank you so much! We will be back! I can't find anything to complain about at all, but a couple of recommendations that may help future guests: There weren't a lot of spices or extras for those that might like to cook, so be sure to bring your own. The igniter is broken on the grill, but I was able to light manually with a lighter from the kitchen drawer. The headrests kept popping off of the hot tub and left black rubbery pieces all in the tub. The TV in the bunk room could use an upgrade. Although the DVD player was great nostalgia for mom, the kiddos didn't have a clue how to operate... Haha. Thank you, Kristi. We are do grateful for your kindness and sharing your home with us.

Prima Vista Wedding

We came to Wimberly for a wedding over New Years. It worked out great, and we really enjoyed the house. It was 20 min from the venue, which was not an issue for us. The area was very quiet, the house was clean, and it came with everything we needed. The hot tub was a lovely treat!

Family Vacation

My family along with my parents stayed here during our first family vacation with 2 kids. Our 3 year old LOVED our “vacation house”, especially seeing all the deer outside! It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids and we loved watching the deer throughout our stay.

Such a great place!

We had a really nice stay. The house is super cute and the yard is beautiful. We really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. VRBO has some kinks in the check in process that needs to be fixed but I won't hold that against the property. We would definitely stay here again.

GIRLS TRIP

The BEST place to unwind! We stayed 3 night and still didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities! We only went in town to go zip lining one day and do a little shopping. It is the perfect place to enjoy friendship and family!
