”Good for a stay, decking you need to go outside to get to and the stairs are in need of repair. Has fireplace, need to bring own wood and clean out after. Has a large yard so would be good for summer with kids. Steep driveway and can miss it if not looking for it - use google maps. My only issue is the controller to the tv needs replacing as the battery would die within 20 mins off charging cable.”

”We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.”

”Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.”

”I was hoping for a great stay, realised when we arrived we have stayed there before - a few years ago and it was pretty average back then but we were hoping to see some great changes. Place really lacked a thorough clean and attention. Dirty, smelly dishes in oven. Dirty grease filled bbq. Every window frame was dirty/mouldy, couch is grotty (I...

”Great house. Comfortable, clean, good location and value for money. Had everything we needed. ”

”This was the perfect place for our short getaway with our family of 5. Ideally located within a good distance from the main thoroughfare but close enough for a good walk into town. Would highly recommend this listing and look forward to staying another time.”

”Despite the making of a beautiful house the cleanliness and need of maintenance left me feeling very disappointed. This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area. The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor. The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind. The hot tub took an age to heat up, and...

”Beautiful and private property stay. My partner is a huge fan of trams and we loved the antique decor of the place. We made the excellent choice of staying in the winter amd getting to use the fireplace and provided Firewood. My only wish was a more comfortable couch by the fireplace ”
