”The elevator was broken so guests had to use the stairs which is not easy with luggage. The key to our room didn’t work so I had to run down to the desk twice before staff finally came up and tried themselves to find it really wasn’t working like I said. We were put in a different room. We won’t be staying there again.”

”My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good.”
