”Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room. Really good service. The only complaint concerns the opening times of the swimming pool: it closes already at 9 pm and opens at 9 am. Would’ve liked to take a longer evening swim.”

”Super clean and comfortable, modern with Santa Barbara style! Good coffee all day and a decent small breakfast assortment in the morning. The location can't be beat, it's about a block to the harbor and a super short walk to the pier or State St for shopping and about any restaurant that could want. We will most certainly stay here when we come back to Santa Barbara!”

”The pictures are false advertisement. The place is not well maintained cleanliness overall is poor. Once we came back to our room for the night pulled blankets back and sheet had blood stains. We went to front desk to request cleaning bedding they brought it over, but then we were told that we would have to takeoff and redo all the bedding on the bed. They had no one to service it. At that point, I was not able to sleep very well was very concerned again about the whole cleanness. Of the place”
