”I had high hopes for this site but was disappointed. They only appear to freshen up the room on their schedule, placard was ignored. Had to request towels a few times and all they had was crappy pool towels. Pool wasn’t maintained with sand and dirt in the bottom. Moldy caulk around the tub, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. For one of the few option in this town for accommodations you’d think they’d have a nicer place. On the up side, it was quiet, bed was comfortable. Lastly, I booked through...

”If you are looking for a hunting or fishing cabin, this is your place. If you are looking for more than a rustic cabin with very few amenities (we had to buy pots, pans and a spatula to cook Christmas dinner) then don’t stay here. The hosts were very nice and responsive. The yard is quite large with a beautiful Magnolia. ”

”Our stay went well, however after checkout we discovered one of our shirts was left at the hotel. Called front desk to ask if it had been reported/turned in and they stated they were “unable to check until the current occupant checked out”. I asked if the person responsible for cleaning room 303 on 6/10 reported any unattended items left and they said “they could find something and not say anything, best to call back on Monday” (almost a week after our stay).
