The positive: The room was very clean.
The negative; The room smelled like sewer and mildew. The sewer smell was coming from the drains.
The air quality was terrible in the room and the humidity high.
I had to unplug the fridge as it was extremely loud.
When I checked in around 4 pm I specifically asked for a room that is far from any crazy and loud people. But there were children slamming doors and running around throughout the night. At around 11 pm someone either hit hard or kicked my door. I managed to sleep probably about 1.5 hours when someone again either hit very hard or kicked my door at 3:56 am and again at 4:00 am. At that point I called the front desk. After that there was no noise but I couldn’t sleep anymore after being woken up so rudely.
I don’t know what I paid for, I would have probably slept better anywhere including the rest area, in my car.
