”The staff is kind, but feel they were understaffed or not well managed. At check-in, no carts and was directed to look for them on my own. Found a used towel on the back of our bathroom door. The hot tub, when turned on, made us and others sick (coughing and tearing eyes) due to the amount of chemicals (reported to front desk) - we had to vacate within half a minute. The common areas (elevators, outside trash overflowing)were filthy. ”

”The Drury Inn is a solid bet to deliver clean rooms and comfortable amenities and this location on the outskirts of St. Louis delivered on both counts. ”

”Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

”Clean room, great bed, no roaches. Hot water was bad; also the pressure was weak. The vents didn't work in the bathroom. I wish the Sushi AI was open we would have eaten that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We didn't eat the hotel breakfast. Overall a nice stay, I'll go back. ”

”Room was nice and updated, plenty parking, quiet location, loved the breakfast and nachos. Morning management could work on her delivery.”

”Room was nice. Bed comfortable, although pillows were somewhat worn out. Shower was leaking but just needed tightened. Air conditioner was extremely noisy. Thank God we didn't have to have it during the night because we would have not gotten any sleep. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel”

”Pros: Location, parking, affordability, good water pressure and heat with shower, staff friendly & helpful, included warm & cold breakfast, has a pool & hot tub, and our room was clean with comfortable beds. Cons: Slightly older hotel property so wasn’t as nice as the on-line pictures appeared, right off the interstate and a frontage road as we could hear the interstate noise throughout the night especially semi’s. ”

”Rooms were small but definitely clean the bathrooms were recently updated. Unfortunately I don't know where they found their toilet supply when they updated but they are all for people 5 ft and under so we did have a quite difficult time using them. It may seem like a small issue but anybody over the age of 45 knows what I'm talking about”

”We really only stayed a few hours to sleep before the leave for the airport. But, the room and staff were fantastic. Long term parking for our stay as well as free shuttle to the airport were a great advantage. Shuttle left promptly at 4:00 a.m., just as promoted😊”
