”Below average B&B”

”The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.”

”It does not seem there are Kings beds despite advertising/offering of such. Room has a full and a twin and no, they cannot be pushed together. The entire room is tiny. I mean tiny. My bf knees touched shower curtain when sitting on toilet and could not shut door-tiny. We did not attempt to use shower because so small. That being said, it satisfies what we needed it for-it was inexpensive as rates go, it was clean, the AC worked well as did the tv. Honestly I’d give 2.5.”

”The welcoming spaces still allowed for privacy while providing the most wonderful comforts such as cold and hot drinks, books,board games and a garden retreat. Our room could be kept at our preferred temperature with an individual, quiet cooling unit that didn't block the garden view. The morning breakfast included a delightful menu at a unique gourmet level.”

”Staff to a person were friendly and personable and professional. Room was clean with all systems functioning well. Location is in the Historic District in attractive neighborhood. It is at the intersection of two quite busy roads but road noise was not an issue. Standard hotel free breakfast is served in a very pleasant room. Afternoon wine and cheese in the lobby is a nice touch. All in all, a pleasant stay.”

”As a solo female traveler, I was a bit surprised at the location of my “first” room. I was at the very end of the hall, next to the stair well and across from the trash room. The hallway did smell a bit because the trash room door was propped open but the room itself did not. I was not comfortable with the location so requested a room change - something closer to an elevator - more in the mix and was accommodated without question. The room was very clean, comfortable and I felt better in the new...

”The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a great variety to choose from. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! The pool looked very inviting, however it was too cool out and or raining. Hopefully next time… there will definitely be a next time!”

”The staff was super friendly and cute intimate umm. The only downside was how thin the walls are and as a light sleeper, very difficult with the noise. Other than that, everything was good.”
