”This Kentucky VRBO on horse property was truly special. Mornings were peaceful, with mist blanketing the fields and beautiful horses grazing, creating a calm retreat. The house stood out with its retro, 1950s-style Smeg appliances which are super cool and full of character, paired with thoughtfully chosen decor that made every space feel warm and inviting. Check in was so easy and the owners are very responsive. This place is a must if you find yourself in Kentucky horse country. ”

”Nice big place, plenty of space nice big kitchen too. Close to Paris and Lexington. Beutiful scenery and the donkeys were a bonus! ”

”Beautiful home and location…peaceful surroundings but close enough to Lexington to satisfy shopping/entertainment needs. Excellent communication from host. And host was awesome in addressing our questions and getting us firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Would suggest adding a note to the listing that check in info is usually shared the day of check in.Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we are in the Lexington area.”

”We loved our stay at the farmhouse! It is beautifully decorated with antiques to honor its rich history, but also has an updated kitchen and laundry room for modern conveniences. The property stunning. We enjoyed our days swimming in the saltwater pool and our nights watching the beautiful sunsets and starry skies. The farm animals roam the property and are very friendly. The owners live near the house and are attentive and helpful if needed. They even delivered farm fresh eggs and...

”This was peaceful and beautiful. The kids played outside or in the gameroom in the basement. There was plenty of room around the table. It was comfortable and everything we needed. We were easily able to visit family in Georgetown and do side trips to local children’s activities, Mammoth Cave, and the Ark Encounter. The kids enjoyed canoeing for the first time and playing croquet and cornhole. We loved seeing all the personal touches of the family and seeing the story of the property.”

”Very cute rental, eveything was clean and welcoming. My daughter rides horses and my son loves trains, so this was a good fit for us. Enjoyed seeing the donkeys and the horses. Would stay again. ”

”Roomy clean house. Large comfy family room. Comfy beds. We were impressed that 6 of us could take a shower and 6th person still had hot water. Sandy easy to reach. It's out in the country. Enjoyed a newborn donkey. Large dining table for our card games. Would recommend. ”
