”This is the 1st time I've ever left a negative review for ANY establishment that I've booked thru Expedia.
I paid extra for a room (#502) with a "jetted tub/hotub". Used the tub the 1st night (Fri) and after getting out of it, I Was Not Able To Get It To Shutoff!! I tried everything, even called the front desk to report. They took the message and said they'd shut it off at some other electrical panel. It took over 4 hrs for that to be accomplished. Meaning I let them know about it around...
