”The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”

”Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway. ”We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.”
