A lovely apartment & well worth the price paid for our family member who had an event in Lowell. We particularly appreciated the window ac units & friendly neighborhood where folks waved hello when we headed to the park with our son.

We had a great stay while visiting family the next town over. The apartment was clean and there was plenty of room for my husband, myself and my mom. There were ample towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the Keurig and although we purchased our own coffee there was some provided by the host upon arrival. The in-unit washer and dryer were very much appreciated during our 10-day stay. The nearby playground was a perfect place for our 4 year old grandson to play. We really enjoyed the glistening views of the pond every morning when we opened the curtains. The area is very quiet - you get the feel of the lake community but yet close to everything you could need during your stay. The private beach is only a few houses away and the city beach access is around the corner. The host was very responsive when we needed a little assistance. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are considering a stay in the area.

I wouldn’t call it a lake side property as access to the lake was very limited. Thought I would be able to do a lot of fishing and did none. The owner seemed nice but wasn’t very welcoming. I did not feel welcome while I was there. I felt like a stranger trespassing on someone else's property. There was no access to a grill which meant cooking indoors in 90° weather no fire pit for s’mores we brought plenty of stuff to make s’mores and couldn’t I could’ve rented a motel for half the price and not had to worry about cleaning every inch of it before I left.. my advice for the owner of this property is to make people feel more welcome and maybe have access to the lake on his property for a more private experience. he has a beautiful backyard with absolutely no access for his guest. This is house rule number one • Guests have access to the living space and the two designated parking spaces only. NO access to any other areas of the property I had very high expectations for my vacation week. none of which were met. We did have fun locally at places like AXE PLAY (5 star) , MELS FUNWAY , CANOBIE LAKE PARK and TUSCAN VILLAGE / MALL AT ROCKINGHAM PARK.. ALSO HAD A GREAT DINNER AT COMMON MAN RESTAURANT •
