Peruutuksen takia meillä on 2 viikkoa heinäkuussa avattu! Harkitsee alle 7 yön vuokrausta. Kaunis paikalla.
Tule yöpymään kauniissa Lakeview Lodge -hotellissa. Olemme nauttinut tästä kodista yli 30 vuotta ja on aika jakaa tämä kauneus muiden kanssa.
Nauti upeista näkymistä, kauniista auringonlaskuista, tulipaloista rannalla, puhtaalla uima-alueella. Kaikki sijaitsevat 5 minuutin päässä Windhamista.
Tämä koti on 4 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen tahrattoman puhdas päivitetty talo on suoraan järven rannalla, josta on näkymät Valkoisille vuorille ja henkeäsalpaavat auringonlaskut Jordanin lahden yli.
Koti on avoin konsepti, olohuone / ruokailutila ja keittiö, josta on kaikki näkymät vedelle isojen ikkunoiden ja kannen liukukansien kautta: varustettu ilmastointilaitteella kuumille kesäpäiville. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on kaikki tarvitsemasi, mukaan lukien astianpesukone. Laato / puulattiat kaikkialla. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuoteet ja yhdessä makuuhuoneessa queen-size-vuode ja yhdessä makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi. Yhdessä kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja kylpyamme, joka sopii hyvin pienille lapsille, ja kahdessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihkut. Kaasugrilli- ja patioasetustarvikkeet ovat kannella, josta on näköala järvelle. Meillä on palo-kuoppa ja piknikpöytä rannalla ulkona aterioita ja myöhään illalla pidettäviä tapaamisia varten. Kaapeli- ja langaton nopea internetyhteys mukana.

Exceptional Experience

House - having separate apartements with their own kitchens worked out great for a big family because eveyone had their own space. Its all the same house, so its not like you are separated either. The main living has a big kitchen and sofa...plenty of space for our family of 12.Private Beach - great sandy beach, dock, and floating dock. This is where we spent much of our time in the perfectly clear water.Owners - very welcoming and attentive to requests. I think the best part was when she said "just let the kids have fun"...meaning she wasn't fussy about kiddos running around the property.This was one of the best vacations my family has had in a long time. We were all very comfortable, didn't have to go anywhere, just played on the lake, cooked great food, and enjoyed the accomodations.

Another wonderful Sebago family gathering

This property has been great for our annual family gathering, this is the 3rd year we have stayed there. The property is large enough for our group and has a layout for the children to have their own space while the adults enjoy the spacious bedrooms with a great view on the 2nd floor. The sandy beach area is great for swimming and there are ample toys available. The hosts are a joy to work with, I highly recommend the property.

Beautiful sunsets!

This house is just wonderful! The views and sunsets are spectacular. We had 5 children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 3 1/2 years old along with 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is very well stocked and the beach has kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat so you're never bored Andrea was a complete joy to work with. We will definitely rent it again.

Family gathering

We have been coming to Sebago for a family get together for 8 years. This is the 2nd year we have rented this property and it is by far the best property we have rented to date. The 3 separate units worked out exceedingly well for our group which ranged in age from 5 to 74. The location and proximity to town was convenient and the afternoon sun was a real treat. The nice sandy beach was a great for the kids and here were lots of water toys. The owners were delightful and made an effort to make sure everything went well during our stay.

Amazing lake house

This was a wonderful spot to spend a week! There were lots of floats provided along with the two kayaks, canoe, and paddleboat - our kids were always entertained. The setup is perfect for hanging on the beach (refrigerator in the beach shed, and grill next to it) or on the deck (has its own grill). The beach is self-contained with the dock and the jetty on either side, which created a perfect little lake section for the kids to play and swim. We truly loved our time at this wonderful location!

Perfect lake home

This the second visit for our family to this lovely lake house. We enjoyed the views of perfect sunsets! Andrea and Stan have made this home a the best week for our family. Plenty of water toys, canoe, paddle boat and kayaks! Perfect week for all!

Good for a family vacation

Great view of the lake with a crystal clear lake steps away. The boat house was a wonderful bonus. The a/c could not keep up so it did make for some warm evening. Would do it again!!!

Family gathering

We have been doing a family get-together at Sebago for the past 6 years and this was the best accommodations to date. The 3 separate units worked out exceedingly well for our 4-73 year old crowd. The location was great with the proximity to town, afternoon sun, and a nice sandy beach for the kids. There were ots of water toys and the interior was spacious and well equipped. The owners were delightful and made an effort to make sure everything went well during our stay.

We have spent multiple years at this location with family from grandparents to grandkids. It has it all from lake front access with own beach, views of sunset and sunrise, boat and Jetski ease, gas around the corner and plenty of room for a family for eating and cooking.

Perfect Vacation Place

This place is perfectly located and has all the room and amenities needed for an awesome stay. The hosts are also very hospitable and responsive. Recommend it highly for groups looking for spots on Sebago.

Beautiful location!

We stayed at the property with 5 separate families. The extra units accommodated all of us giving us enough space to spread out. The beach is beautiful- sandy bottom with some rocky areas but great for swimming. Sunsets were incredible every night. We were there during some of the hottest days of the summer - there is AC but the house wasn’t super cool- this is understandable as lots of afternoon sun comes in and weather was abnormally hot- more of an fyi for future renters. Super convent location too- close to Windham but seems removed. We rented a boat and utilized the mooring- which worked out great and I’d recommend doing!

Great place on Sebago

This is a wonderful place for a big group to stay on Sebago and Andrea is a great host. The house faces west so you get incredible sunsets and there is a nice beach with an easy water entry. It’s also very close to all of the shopping in Windham which was very convenient. We’ve been going to the area for 15 years with groups of 8-13 people and this is among the best places we’ve stayed.

The Perfect Stay

I'm originally from Maine. We live in Connecticut now and rent every summer in Maine with my 3 kids. Visiting us at the house usually are my parents, brothers, nieces, nephews and friends from High School. The place is the perfect set up with plenty of living space for families w/ bedrooms, showers etc. Its placed right on a private beach with plenty of room for lazy swimming, canoes, boats, jet skis and private dock. The sun rises in the east and the house faces the west so you get an amazing sunset every night from the deck. The owners made everything easy and have everything you need right in the house or on the property.

The best family reunion location!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place. We had a family reunion with 12 adults. The separated units were perfect for a large family, as we could all gather in the shared spaces during the day but retreat to our own living quarters at night. The space was extremely clean when we arrived and each unit is fully stocked with kitchenware. The AC worked great and kept every room cool, however we typically did not need it at night anyways since it cooled off. The outdoor space is truly unbeatable; with a private deck, dock and beach you can spend unlimited time outside. The sunsets are breath taking from the deck. Our family fully utilized the canoes and kayaks. The area of the lake that this house is in is quiet and amazing for swimming. Just a short boat ride to Frye Island and other areas of the lake where you can cliff jump & swim (would highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from Andrea it was a blast). This house is located on a very quiet road. The driveway in the front has enough parking for a large group (6 cars). A couple things to note, this house is shared with another couple (in their own separate unit with a private entrance), however we hardly saw them and did not hear a peep from them all week. There also is another dock off the house which belongs to the neighbors who are extremely friendly and are available to you if you have any questions about the property, we saw them relatively often and they were great! The ONLY con we had about our stay was that there was not enough recycling bags for a group of our size. Our family will absolutely be staying here in the future. The owners were readily available for all our needs and were extremely friendly. This place is a must!

Fun family vacation

This property is as advertised and you can not beat the location and proximity to the water. It is well suited for larger/diverse families as there is ample space. If you rent the "entire" house, as we did, there are 4 total units, each with separate living space for when family needs to not be so "close" (those with larger families get what I mean!). There is a dock that can be used, however, you can not tie off your boat overnight, each night your boat has to go on the morning to protect the dock. We were there during some unseasonably warm weather. The AC in all the smaller units work well, though the main unit (3bds /2baths) struggled significantly to keep up (despite keeping all doors shut to all the rooms and pulling shades down during the day, running AC all day got top floor bedrooms down to an uncomfortable 85 degrees for sleeping and main floor community area down to 84 degrees). We did take advantage of any cooler nights by sleeping with windows wide open and ceiling fans on. You can't beat the soothing noise of the water lapping up against the rocks. Super nice! Kitchen is well appointed and plenty of area in the main rental unit for our group to make the main unit the gathering area for nightly dinners. Beach area is well appointed with sandy/rocky beach and fire pit....along with boat house that has extra chairs and an additional refrigerator to keep cold drinks down near the beach. Only two drawbacks I had with this rental was the AC in the main rental unit (keep in mind, no one can control 3+ days of 95+ temps, and the weather is probably perfect 99% of the year, we just happened to get the heatwave) and also that it wasn't as private as we'd hoped. There is a steady tenant in what would be the 5th Unit. We ran into them a couple times. That tenant also had some people visit that came down the main entry area and walked through our beach and back yard area while we were out there to get to their boat. There are also some neighboring dogs that like to come over and poke their noses around multiple times a day, and left some "presents" for us in the front yard and also on the sandy beach occasionally. This house is in a beach association neighborhood, and despite the close proximity to other houses, it did feel relatively separated. All in all, this is a very good rental, very kind owners, and a nice place to rent. If you want as much privacy as possible, rent all four of the rental units. Location can't be beat!

This lovely home could not have been better for our family of 12. Plenty of room and lots to do. Children and grandchildren enjoyed boating and kayaking. Best sunsets ever.

Great location, but caution with cleanliness

I found this review difficult to write because if you asked how the week was – it was a great week and family vacation. 11 adults and 1 child. Let me start by saying the house is beautiful with some of the best waterfront views in the area. Beautiful sunsets every night. Just feet from the water. There was a stunning view from most sleeping areas and the main living space. The sandy (little bit rocky) beach was great for my toddler and the water crystal clear. The kayaks, paddle boat, floats and canoe were awesome. The house easily accommodated our party size. We were also 3 min from grocery stores, a Walmart, and restaurants. It was very private. That being said when we arrived the house was not very clean- The owner seemed slightly flustered at our arrival, and mentioned the messiness of prior guests more than once. And we were in fact unsure if had been cleaned properly between us and the prior renters. The floors were sandy, popcorn crumbs throughout the living room, there was an insole to someone's shoe on the floor of the dining room, there were half eaten Swedish fish on the master bedroom floor, there was rotting trash in one of the garbage cans- including half eaten watermelon, without even a garbage bag, some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and there were dirty used masks under 1 bed. There was also something in the downstairs shower that we cleaned that looked like blood spots. Despite these things we had a wonderful time. I had brought cleaning supplies to sterilize with so after taking out the trash and wiping the place down - none of this really took away from our trip. However after we left we received a message from the owner that there was blood in another shower and cracked tiles, and she accused us of causing this damage. We noticed the cracks early in the week and nothing happened in the shower that could explain these findings. Furthermore she could not even supply a photo to document the blood. We are also being told that unless I have photos of the shower to document this or that a prior review mentions them I cannot prove I did not cause them. So I also wanted to note here there were cracks in the upstairs shower, a crack in the counter in the kitchen, some stains on the white corian, some cracked floor tiles, stains on the dining room chairs, a small rip in the couch, and a cracked Adirondack chair. I caution anyone staying here to be prepared to clean and photo-document everything.

Priceless Sunsets! Fantastic Multi-Family Find

First the location of the house is perfect! The sunsets on the lake every evening were spectacular and could be viewed from practically every room of the house! There was a beach area for the little ones, the older ones loved the floating dock, we made use of the paddle boat, kayaks, and canoe. They had plenty of Adirondack chairs, beach chairs and a nice fire pit. The deck was large enough. The best part was the privacy it allowed for the families. It is nice to have your own space on vacation especially when the ages in children vary wildly. The main area of the house had 2 large rooms upstairs with views of the lake and a very nice bathroom. Downstairs was a room with 2 twin beds and a bathroom right next to it. The "apartment" connected to the main floor was very nice, and so was the one downstairs. All clean, comfortable and private. The supermarket, wal-mart, ice cream store, laundromat, adventure park, and seafood market are 2 minutes down the road which is an added bonus. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. I cannot say enough good things about this rental! Sebago lake is a gem and the owners were great to deal with. They have their own boat rentals, as well. We did not take advantage of it this time, but maybe next time...

Wonderful Sebago Lake Rental! Highly recommend

Had a wonderful time during our week long stay. The location is top notch, directly on the Eastern shore of the lake hovering right above the water. You have your own beautiful private beach and dock. The house itself is very large and well appointed with all the amenities you could possibly require. Excellent location close to Rt 302 and the Windham strip for easy access to shopping/restaurants/ activities. Some of the best sunsets you will ever see can be enjoyed from the beach or the large deck. Andrea was excellent to deal with and will look to return next year! -Branden
