”One of the best places we stayed at during our 3 week trip. The owners/managers are the nicest and most friendliest that we met. Their staff are also friendly and great at their jobs. There was a power outage in the valley when we stayed but it was no issue as they had a back up generator. ”My friend and I ended our Namibia trip here and it was absolutely incredible! The views from the property are so serene and stunning. The actual architecture of the property and each individual hut is incredible. The staff was immensely helpful and patient. The food was delicious, the beds were SO comfortable. "Good, but nothing extra. Only 2 plugs in the room (1 European, 1 Nam) far from the bed. Breakfast was varied but not very tasty. One morning they were out of everything (breads, yogurt, muesli, fruit, warm food like potatoes and sausages, coffee, the coffee machine was empty as well). Took me over half an hour to finally be ready to eat. The breakfast room is very noisy as well. One morning the cleaner tried to come in at 8, I was still asleep, took me ages to convince her to come back later. Their roof bar/restaurant isn't the best in town either, try Sky bar at Hilton. In general not the best value for money but okay (Hilton is nicer in every aspect). "
