”One from desk clerk was really condescending. He is hanging on to the tiny man bun fad. It's a horrible look and he walks around like he's the king of the world. He needs to be reminded that he works at a hotel.”

”The valet parking was the star of the trip, not only was it free and convenient the valets were the best. No matter the time of day they were prompt and friendly. The worst part of the visit was the bartender at DRNK, I had a $35 drink credit and he didn’t inform me that it was a one time use and I only used $15 of it.”

”Room was very clean. the room was very nice and everything seemed new. Free parking, for Vegas is a plus. Overall great stay. I plan to make this my go to hotel when in Vegas.”

”Two things one short term fix second will unfortunately keep me from returning Dirty green carpet as you walk in. There’s three of them all filthy The sheets are what make it an unusable hotel for me. They are a weird polyester. They become a wrinkled mess in minutes they don’t stay tight they feel horrible”

”Great if you like “trendy vibe” places with little substance. I do t really know what’s “autonomous” about this place, but it does have check-in kiosks that are slower than if a human checked you in, a screen in the room that mostly seems to exist to replace the traditional Do Not Disturb door hanger, a touch-style thermostat that barely responds, and a very modern and minimalist interior that still manages to be poorly thought out. There is loud thumping music in the lobby and look-at-us Audis...

”Amazing property plenty of room for the whole family. Bathrooms are a tad bit snug but the showers are large. They have everything you need glass plates silverware larger then your use to fridges about 5 feet tall. There was a soap tablet so we could throw the dishes we used and start them before we checked out a clean new in plastic sponge along with new soap to wash the dishes there was so much space and curtains to close off the stuff like suitcases you wanted to hide away while staying. ”Breakfast was included and a variety of options were offered. We were there for the BTS concert and the pop-up store in the hotel was definitely a plus. Perfect place to stay if you're going to an Allegiant Stadium event.”

”Receptionist was very rude to me. She totally embarrasses me in front of my husband and other guest. She was unkept, not dressed properly, hair was very messy. Online show’s kitchen area very deceiving !It was so small room for one cup, the closet didn’t fit clothes only iron board and iron room had one chair no table!”
