Street parking is free. Side walkway is motion lit. Great for trades in town for a week or month, or a place to stay while visiting friends or family. Max 3-4 people. I live upstairs.
The space
Full basement with back door entrance. Private. Full use of the back yard. I hang out at my Marina in the spring summer and fall and only home to sleep. I do not enter the basement. I have my own laundry in my upstairs.
Guest access
Fully stocked and full use of the lower level. It is only 4 feet in the ground. Great sunlight and natural gas fireplace as well. Back entrance with lit side walkway. Street parking is free.
Other things to note
Please use the driveway and walkway and do not walk across the front lawn. Respect my neighbours with noise and use of the yard should not be late into the night.
