”Room was clean”

”The staff upon arrival was not very friendly. When I asked if you all had continental breakfast, his reply was “yeah!” The rooms (3 in total) were nasty!! Hair in the tub. The loveseats were dirty. There was a massive amount of dust in that room (I am allergic to dust). Something spilled beside the refrigerator in Room 309. I have pictures to validate my statement. I will never visit this hotel again. Side note: my husband and I own a cleaning business and this was unacceptable.”

”Was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh. Rooms clean. Did have one towel that seemed to be stained, but all in all good. Not sure if it is the scent of the cleaner or what but there was a constant aroma of what seemed to be Marijuana in the hall way. We did not smell it in our room however. All an all I would return and enjoyed the stay. 4 out of 5 stars.”

”I chose this hotel for its price. I think it was a little overpriced for the condition of the facility. As there is a no-smoking policy in the building there were quite a few people hanging around the front/side of the building to smoke, which gave it a shady vibe. The staff was nice, the bed was comfy but the room showed wear and tear and could use an update. Ex: the walls were repainted but only in certain areas - meaning if you're going to paint - paint the whole wall, not just the right...

”The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again.”

”Property under major renovation and not once was it mentioned on line or anywhere else. Literally walked through power tools, tarps, construction workers to get to the elevator. Our room appeared to have been renovated already but smelled like bug spray. The refrigerator was warm. The coffee maker didn't have an accessible outlet to plug it in and the people who were sent to assist in resolving any of this did not speak English and were trying to translate on an app. We could still not...

”The two separate bedroom set up was a great surprise. The easy access to the parking was perfect from our 5th floor room. Would definitely request that room again. The walls are VERY thin and we could hear full discussions of the room next to us.”

”Debbie at the front desk was enormously helpful! However, pool (advertised) was out of service. Blindsided by $13 and change per day parking, buried in "parking available" plus Expedia popups. The latter soured what could have been a superior stay.”

”They cancelled my reservation and didn’t even tell me. I traveled across the country to find out at 11pm my room was cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous!!”

”It was a great stay with one exception. We had an ADA room. The shower floor, which probably was once a very good no-slip surface, was very slippery. If I hadn’t had the safety bars to hold onto the entire time, it could have been interesting. I’m mentioned this at check out. BTW - this isn’t just an issue at this property - it’s happening more and more as we travel. The average hotel could save itself some immense liability issues by simply providing a “Rubbermaid” style mat with suction...

”For price you can’t beat it but be ready for stupid - there was a DV issue one night - screaming etc. Outside my door there was a toilet bowl scrubber (not used tk gd) on the ground all day. Pool looked clean, gym way too cold and limited”

”The motel is old, but well taken care of. The ice machine needs to be cleaned. There is mildew on the inside.”
