”We were lucky to stay here for their soft opening. The property does not have all their amenities running yet. No breakfast, hot tub, or food on site. But the rooms are immaculate. The decor is really nice. A few little kinks I am sure they will work out, but the experience was fantastic!”

”The hotel itself is not too bad, but our room was a horrible experience. We had rats in our AC vents on the third night and realized that there was mold on top of the shower head the last night as well as the entire property smells like sewage and it is definitely not just because of the seaweed or sagassum. It’s a horrible awful smell. Would never recommend moon palace sunrise to anyone”

”Our stay was only one night to attend a concert. We have never paid this much for a room. We believed we booked a room in the building where the concert was. However, we were not placed in that building. We were given a room at the very end of another building overlooking a construction staging area. The elevator did not work so we had to carry bags up the stairs. The food at the bar/pub area was pretty bad. The sauces were very watered down. The calamari was overcooked like rubber.
