”Clean, cool room, fairly quiet. Good price. Nice staff.”

”Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. ”

”I am a bit leery of small places like this, but this one far exceeded my expectations. This is not a five-star resort. This is a small roadside Lodge that is locally owned for a night of restful sleep. It was clean and felt safe. The host was wonderful. The only thing you should know if there are no restaurants close by. If you want to eat, do it in town before you arrive. This would be a perfect place to stay if you are wanting to go into Big South Fork for night sky programs”

”Staff was the best part of the stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Lodge was under renovation so we stayed in a cabin. Loved that there was a kitchenette. Although dated, the cabins were clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were also comfortable with plenty of pillows.”
