”Generally personable staff; room service was excellent. Stayed here at various times over the years, the place has been slowly upgrading. This trip I had my dog, so was assigned a pet-friendly room on the lower floor, not facing the water. Everything was adequate, but I know that some of the upper floor rooms facing the water are nicer. No coffee maker in the room; one has to go to the lobby for coffee. A small thing, to be sure.”

”Staff was very nice on check out and check in I forgot my charger after check out and the nice staff at reception allowed me to retrieve it thankfully. 5*”

”I love that it was close to food and stores, the staff was helpful, it was clean and having a fridge microwave and iron was great plus it provided breakfast that Iim sorry I didn't get to part of because of extra rest needed for travels.”

”The place is nice, but INSANELY NOISY on weekends. They had life music in the basement bar, and on the 3rd floor you could not sleep it was so loud. Also my room wasn’t cleaned, even though I had asked for it.”
