”I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. ”We brought our 11 month old on his first beach trip and the house had everything we needed. The beach is extremely close to the property. You have the option to drive or walk. We did the 1 minute short drive. We came on this trip after heavy rainfall and there was no high water, but lots of mosquitoes on the island as a whole, so bring bug spray. It really helps. I’d recommend this property to families of 3-4 or 2 couples! It was great for our family of 3.”

”Clean, well maintained, useful and convenient amenities. I’d like to suggest a shower chair in at least one bathroom for safety with those with poor mobility or balance issues. Beds were very uncomfortable, I’d suggest memory foam toppers or something. Our rest was poor we all woke up hurting. The location was perfect, house was pretty clean with the exception of dog fur, chew toys and dust under couch. Overall I’d definitely rent again if bed issue is addressed.”

”I enjoyed my stay. Originally my 8 year old daughter and nephew were coming because I thought they would enjoy the loft. I think they still would have but I would be cautious on children going up it. I would consider the ladder safe but it would roll slightly when climbing it so I would suggest to the owner a way of locking it in to not move or to a guest to brace the ladder once it is in place with a heavy object at the bottom. ”We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a perfect location and the surrounding neighborhood is really nice. We enjoyed the pool as well as very easy access to the beach. Our only disappointment was that we brough our dogs and the fence in the backyard had 3-4 large holes in it. Our small dog was able to easily escape.”
