This is a reasonably priced hotel in downtown Winnipeg. The location is great and the breakfast is decent. The gym is very small and only has four cardio machines. Unfortunately both of the treadmills were not in proper working condition. I would stay again! Very good value.

Friendly staff greeted us. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable. It was a Roku TV, which was fine, but we were not able to watch any local news. The elevator was surprisingly quick. The breakfast had a good variety. I would stay there again.

This is a plain older hotel, which is fine for me. There could be a bit more selection for the breakfast, we did come late and there were not a lot of guests so that is a factor. I don’t like to see food wasted. Price before taxes and extras was in the 170 range. Prices have really spiked since Covid, which means I for one will stay in hotels less often.

Wonderful room for the price. Comfortable beds, clean facilities, helpful front desk staff. Very close to 'the forks' which had an incredible dining market. Very pleased. Only downside for us was no cable tv - there was a roku and you had to sign into your own streaming subscriptions.

Had to put a deposit that was 1.5 times higher because they wouldnt accept the same credit card that I booked the room with online. Then i was told the deposit would be mailed to me not refunded upon checkout. Absolutely unacceptable this place is a joke and i do not recommend

Not a bad hotel for the price range. Bathroom was a little 'tired'. The most annoying feature is the $12 parking fee. And not taking any responsibillity for vehicle safety. The best feature is that there is a wonderful 'Earl's Restaurant' just a 2 minute walk from this hotel.
