”This property is in a quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located for everything we had planned. The house and property is very well kept and very cozy. There are plenty food options within 10 minutes of the house. If we go back to Winnipeg, this would be are go to rental.”

”Kelvin’s suite was a wonderful stay. Its location was near enough shops to do your own groceries as well plenty of restaurants to choose from. About 30 mins from downtown and larger shopping areas. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Met Kelvin on our second stay, very kind and hospitable. The home is in a developing neighborhood, but the construction noise was barely noticeable. Definitely recommended stay for couples, friendcation and small families. ”

”We were a group of 10 - fifty women in Winnipeg for a two night stay. There was ample room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The bonus was three full bathrooms and a half bathroom which made getting ready easy. We were within 2 km ride to a grocery store which was also convenient.Property is located a nice quiet street with a covered front entry balcony - nice to sit in the morning for a coffee. There is also a lovely second sitting area to get away from the rest of house if you need a little...
