Here are a few important house guidelines to ensure a great experience:

• 🚭 No smoking inside the property.
• 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• 🛏️ No need to make the beds—just leave used towels on top before checkout.
• 🗑️ Please place all trash in one bag for easy collection.
• 🚗 Parking is directly in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway, as it belongs to the main house resident.
• 🌡️ The thermostat is managed by the main house. If it feels too warm or cold, just let us know and we’ll gladly coordinate with them. In the meantime, feel free to use the ceiling fans to stay comfortable.
