”My family was scheduled to stay here and unfortunately my wife and kids were in a serious car accident, rendering us unable to complete the trip. Obviously the timing to cancel was not ideal (it happened a couple days before the planned trip), but obviously that wasn't planned on our end either. Reached out and the property manager, offering to provide documentation of the incident and everything. Manager said he'd reach out to the owner to see if any possible refund could be considered.
