Conveniently located between the impressive Winter Park Resort and the city of Fraser, you’ll have ski runs virtually in your backyard along with an abundance of cafés, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife all less than a mile away from your front door. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, the area has so many more outdoor attractions to choose from with adventure parks, sleigh rides, snow tubing, and an ice rink within an easy commute. In the summer months, the surrounding wilderness is in full bloom and ready to be explored via dozens of trailheads for hiking or biking, e-bike tours, serene gondola rides with stunning mountain views, ropes courses, a thrilling alpine slide, and so much more. Leave the cars and hassles of parking behind and hop on the free shuttle nearby, transporting you to your desired destination. When you’re ready to sit back and relax at the end of your fun-filled days, Arrow Luxury Rooftop has everything you need to make you feel right at home.

We suspect you’re going to want to spend much of your time on the home’s rooftop balcony, where you’ll be met with sweeping views of Winter Park and the surrounding landscape. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub under the expansive night sky, host an afternoon of games at the picnic table or lounge seating area, or fire up the grill for a delicious evening barbeque. Heading inside you’ll find comfortable spaces tastefully furnished and decorated to enable relaxation at its fullest. The living room offers a cozy setting with sofa seating, smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The room also opens to access of the outdoor balcony where you’ll find a quaint setting with seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware should the mood strike you to whip up a homecooked meal or two. Diners can have a seat at the kitchen counter with high-top stools for 5, or next to the fireplace with additional bar-style seating for 4. Quiet morning hours can be spent in the front porch Adirondack chairs, the perfect setting for your morning coffee.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds in a bunk format.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms – the first on the main level with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the other on the second level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

At Winter Park Ski Resort, you’ll enjoy over 3,000 acres available for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. During the summer months, play a little disc golf, hike and bike the many scenic trails, raft the river, and take the summer chairlift to the top for some incredible views. And when it's time to shop, dine, or grab a cup of coffee and relax, pay a visit to the Village.

Great efficient condo in the heart of downtown Winter Park

Condo is laid out very efficiently in the heart of downtown Winter Park, which was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well stocked. Area is tight, but, we don't do a lot of cooking. Bedroom on first floor is small with no area for storing your clothes, and the 4th bedroom upstairs is a small windowless bunk room, again with no closets. The rooftop jacuzzi is magnificent!!! Large with great jets, and easy to operate. Surrounding patio is welcoming, making it a great area to hang out and enjoy good views of the town/mountains. We would definitely stay again.
