”Amazing stay! Perfect location! Parked our truck Friday and didn’t use it again until we left Monday. You can ride to all the trails easily and 25 minute bike ride to Winter Park. Walk around the corner to an awesome brewery, doesn’t get much better than this little house. House is spotless, organized, has everything you need including a very comfy bed. Definitely treat yourself to a good sweat in the sauna! Thomas was great and super helpful! Can’t wait to return! ”

”Pros: Space, views, location. The view is spectacular. Good space for entertaining a family and having meals at home. Overall it was a nice homebase for exploring Colorado.Cons: living room screen door to porch is off the tracks, some of the windows don’t unlock to crank open, need better instructions on regulating heat/air, the garage floor needs cleaned out several inches of dirt, garage door wouldn’t close at one point and when I called left message and emailed..around 6:15pm on a...

”Check-in was easy and straightforward! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool facilities more than once. Saunas are always a fantastic addition to any stay, no matter what, so I was beyond pleased. Hot tub, pool, and sauna were all very very clean. The kitchen back in the room is nice and stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook or throw together a meal for you and/or your family. Could use more comfy pillows/pillowcases but we left happy. Thank you!”

”Very nice home in Fraser. A 2 minute walk to the Purple line bus stop. A 10ish minute drive by car to skier drop off at Winter Park. h Very close to the Safeway. This home was perfect for our stay. Two adult couples and one single adult. It would work well for families with younger children, as one bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed. Very cozy, well-appointed home. Would stay again!”

”Very clean and comfortable. Impressive shower water strength. Had everything we needed for the stay. No complaints. However, i will mention that the toilets do run often. The valve in the tank gets stuck open.P.S. my dog loved it too.”

”The unit was clean and nice. Gave the cabin feel for sure. Very spacious and everyone was comfortable. Quiet Up and serene. Will defiantly book again. Only thing I would suggest is since cell service can be sketch, in your directions, I would let people know that the Courts are technically behind the Safeway up the hill and make a right at the stop sign. That will help your customers a lot better. ”

”This place is wonderful. You can hear the river from the huge back deck and we fished the river for a whole day and the Fraser river trail is right out the back deck. 4 bedrooms was awesome and it is so nicely stocked and decorated. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. The place was spotless and located waking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Would stay here again for sure.”

”Stayed here for our trip to Winter Park. Layout of the home was my favorite! It was the perfect location. We loved it and hope to come back.”

”This condo was great! Walking distance to downtown winter park, short drive to the slopes, and looked exactly as listed. Lots of space in the kitchen and living area. Kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. Beds were comfy. Nice to have a garage to put your ski stuff in. Will definitely return!”

”The house is amazing. Hosts were very friendly and personable and quick to respond. Snow was deep so when they tell you to bring a 4 wheel drive they are not kidding. We used an all wheel drive vehicle and were perfectly fine. Location is awesome and plenty to do in the area for all ages. ”
