Welcome to Winterberg, welcome to this holiday home for three people. The moment you step out of the door of this accommodation, you will breathe in the fresh mountain air. This accommodation is situated in a quiet area, but is still close to everything. You can walk to the centre for fresh rolls in the morning or go directly to the ski lift so as not to miss a moment on the slopes. It is a lovely place to come home to after an active day outside. The open kitchen and spacious living room can accommodate everyone. And when you need some time alone, each bedroom has a television.

You enter this holiday home through the hall, where you can leave your shoes on the mat before heading upstairs. The first floor features three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, and a television. The blackout curtains ensure minimal light enters the rooms at night and in the morning. Additionally, there is a fold-away cot (60 x 120 cm). The bathroom includes a hot shower or bath, a wash basin, and a toilet.

Ascending another floor brings you to the large living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The combined living and dining space creates a cozy, friendly atmosphere. You can relax on the couch in front of the smart TV or play a game at the dining table, with a high chair available for young children. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and filter coffee maker.

The apartment has one parking space, with an additional eight free parking spaces available across the street.
 

The centre of Winterberg is just a short walk away. In Winterberg, you can buy your groceries or visit the lovely restaurants and terraces. The ski lift is also within walking distance, ideal if you want to take a break from skiing and head back to your holiday home. And not just in the winter, the surroundings of Winterberg are beautiful in all seasons. Hiking, mountain biking, tobogganing... Winterberg is a wonderful base for all sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.



Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Free access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna (sauna use costs €2.00 per session).Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
