”Fantastic property for larger families or groups. Our group was 5 adults and everyone had their own bed. There are 3 bathrooms which was great; plenty of nice towels. Two living/gathering areas inside and an outdoor deck with table/chairs. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, drink ware, and basic needs. Decor was very well done and interesting. Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown.”

”We had a great stay in this beautiful secluded apartment. The views were magnificent. The grounds around the house was so green and lush for July. The bed was super comfortable. We had the best night sleep we have had in a long time. Very well appointed decor and was visually pleasing.Very close to shopping and many restaurants. Clayton was very responsive to all of our needs. He was able to answer all of our questions. He is a great host.We hope to stay here again in the future.”

”We were visiting for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us. What a treat to have a pet friendly rental with a fenced in yard! The house was very clean and spacious, The master closet was huge and we could conveniently hang all our dress clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We stocked up with groceries and snacks near by in Grimes. This was a great spot for us to relax after the hustle and bustle of wedding events. The hosts were wonderful! We would...
