Got the suite with the room spa and the spa tub was gross! I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and that didn’t even help much just made me feel a tiny bit better knowing I cleaned it! ”I reserved this hotel because of the swimming pool and breakfast. Our stay was 2 days but the pool was temporarily closed. What a big disappointment! The breakfast was a continental breakfast. That was a big disappointment too. The staff was excellent and great customer service.”
