Tämä tilava neljän makuuhuoneen koti, jossa on suuri metsäinen erä, on näköala luonnonkauniille Blass-järvelle, ja siinä on avoin keittiö ja ruokailutila, tilava makuuhuone parvekkeella, jolta on näkymä järvelle, keski-ilma, puulämmitteinen takka (kausi) olohuoneessa, 32 "taulu-tv, videonauhuri / DVD, stereot CD-soittimella, rajoittamaton kaukopuhelinpalvelu ja langaton internetyhteys, 3 kylpyhuonetta ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Lakehausiin kuuluu myös suuri wrap-around kansi, jossa on piknik-pöytä ja kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli. Off-dock yksityinen uima-alue on varustettu kelluva lautta, kanootti ja soutuvene sää sallii.

Two bedrooms upstairs and two down make this a great place for multiple families to co-exist without totally being on top of eachother. The large island in the kitchen was especially convenient. Close enough to the action of the Dells while still feeling a bit secluded. The property is pretty close to I-90. If you're not accustomed to highway noise, it dampens the vibe a little. But half our group lives near a highway so they couldn't even hear it!

It was okay!

Pros- we were close to everything! -fishing areas -outside was nice to hang out at -check in was very nice and the people who work there are lovely Cons- -Freezer makes a loud noise on and off that is not fun to listen to. -there was a few pieces of mouse poop on the table and stove top. -the beds were quite hard -price was quite steep for the quality of the place Overall we were glad to have a place to stay for a last summer vacation.

The view of the lake is nice but the grass is over grown. The dock is dangerous, I wouldn’t allow my kids on it. The boat was unusable as it was sunken half way in the lake. The fridge made a constant loud humming noise. There was a note on the fridge to wash all the utensils as it has not been sanitized. I’m not sure why they charge a cleaning fee if we need to wash all the dishes when we arrive. The WiFi is terrible. I was working remotely and I only had connection 1/3 the time. It was a nicely centralized location but I wouldn’t stay here again.

4th of July celebration

Property inside fine. No potholders or working wine bottle opener. Shower curtain rod broke and couple incandescent lights out. The lights and shower curtain rod were fixed. Outside could use some tlc especially the roof and gutters. Hot water went out twice due to much rain on the basement tripping switch. Was fixed promptly. The floating docs were very iffy.

Great Family Time!

We rented this home over New Year's weekend to celebrate the holidays as a family. There were 8 adults and 3 kids plus we have 4 family members who visited for a few hours and we had plenty of room. Plus, this property allows dogs which is awesome as our pups are part of the family! The lake is beautiful and the deck is awesome. Really a great property. We needed to reach out to the office and got a live person immediately which is a big plus! A couple of things to note for renters: 1. There is nothing on hand in the kitchen as far as spices, cleaning supplies, storage containers, etc. All dishes are supplied but you will want to be sure to bring salt, pepper, spices, storage containers for leftovers, paper products and any cleaning supplies you use in the kitchen. Dishes were adequate for our needs. 2. There are no extra pillows and blankets. This worked out OK for us as the house was nice and warm but we would have loved to have extra pillows. Beds have sheets and light quilt and pillows so are adequate but if you need any extras bring them along. 3. There was evidence that mice are in the house (ie: poop). I know this happens in the winter sometimes and I let management know and they were very apologetic and let me know they do contract with Orkin and would be following up with them. Not a huge deal to us as we live in the country and know how it goes sometimes. Overall I would highly recommend this property for a large group. We had a great 3 day stay and would come

Great space, nice setting

We stayed at the Lakehaus for a family Thanksgiving get together. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. The setting, right on the edge of Lake Blass, was excellent. Communication and check-in were easy and clear.

Lake house

This was the first time with our family renting a VRBO. The house was very nice and clean and there was plenty of room for 10 of us. The view of the lake was nice and it was very convenient being only about a 5 minute drive into town. We were a little disappointed with the pier which turned out to be two rafts hooked together made from wood. They were not very steady for my grandchildren, jumping off and swimming in the lake. Overall it was very nice and we would recommend the house and would probably rent it again.

2nd time back

We used this house last year and liked it so much that we came back. The house has been updated and in good condition. It easily fits our whole family and the kids loved swimming in the lake. I highly recommend it.

PLEASE READ!!

Let me start off with saying, this property has potential. HOWEVER, these pictures are not accurate. It is poorly cared for and it was embarrassing staying there and inviting family that paid half! We arrived and instantly noticed a sewage odor through the house, checking all rooms, confirming it was coming from the drains. The carpets are disgusting and left my 8 months old pants (knees) stained. The couch is dirty and torn and we had to put blankets on it. It needs replaced. There were mice feces under the cushions, on the floor behind the couch and by the fireplace. The place was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a huge chunk of the fireplace that was broke, leaving sharp edges exposed. We had to line pillows along the edge. Very dangerous for my crawling 8 month old and 2 year old. There were stains on the bed sheets. Thankfully we brought blankets for the 10 hour drive. The master bedroom shower was leaking upon arrival and there was water all over the floor. Maintenance apparently couldn't fix it until we left. Housekeeping came by the second day to vacuum again though it didn't help much. Carpet needs replaced or at minimum professional cleaned. Bring your own utensils because the ones there are rusted, along with some appliances like the toaster. Absolutely horrible rental for the price per day. The manager did give us some money refunded, however, we should have been offered a full refund so we could have went somewhere else because it should not be rentable. Oh yeah, that reminds me, the health inspection certificate AND the tourist rooming house permit were both 2 years expired. The place is accommodating for a larger family and had a great view of the lake. I would highly suggest you to call and ask if the house has been updated recently. If it hasn't been updated, inspected and professionally cleaned after 1/1/22, I suggest you not to spend your money on this rental.

Great location, house could use some updates

The setting for the house is spectacular. Taking the boats out in Blass Lake was a highlight of our trip. The house is ok, the cleaners could do a better job at vacuuming (& only slightly moving furniture aside to get the trash left behind by previous guests - candy wrappers and broken pieces of the radio antenna and large dust bunnies). The owner could spend minimally to replace the decades old toaster and vacuum cleaner (I pity the person who has to lug that upstairs), the broken/missing piece of the kitchen sink faucet, & repair the papasan chair. The pillows that match the bedspreads appear to not have been laundered in a long time, two upstairs bearing a suspicious white stain. The furniture is worn but fine for a rented-out lakehouse where people are likely to be wet most of the time. Positives: the downstairs tv is nice and actually has usb/hdmi ports, the washer & dryer are new and a lifesaver, and the boats make it so much fun. Overall we really enjoyed our time there but would probably not stay there again.

Such a great property but poorly cared for. ☹️

So much potential in this property but unfortunately it is not maintained. Furnishings are not just old, but extremely worn and sadly everything is very dirty, EVERYTHING! The WiFi does not work, the gas grill does not have a butane tank, kitchen and bath has ants, and boats were left in water full of filth! And...the house is next door to a vacant property that should be condemned! Seriously, disgusting!! So sad, because the Lakehause it is in a great location, has beautiful views of lake and quite spacious. Sadly, we would not consider this property again unless it was renovated and a management company actually cared about cleaning it!
