Master Bedroom

Unwind in a luxurious king bed with plush linens, extra pillows, and cozy blankets. Enjoy your own electric fireplace for added warmth and ambiance, along with a spacious layout, ample storage, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep and an ensuite bathroom!

Second Bedroom

Perfect for families or groups, this room features two queen beds with premium bedding, plus a closet and dresser so you can settle in comfortably.

Third Bedroom

Also offering two queen beds, this cozy space includes soft linens, room-darkening shades, and convenient storage—ideal for additional guests.

Living Room

The bright, open-concept living area is designed for gathering and relaxing. With a pull-out couch in two living areas, an electric fireplace, and large Smart TVs with streaming apps available, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Kitchen & Dining

Cook and dine with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Start your mornings with a Keurig coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sweetener included). The dining table seats 6+ guests, and all cooking essentials are provided.

Bathrooms

The master bathroom offers a spa-like experience with an indoor jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Two additional full bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone and include complimentary toiletries.

Outdoor Space

Step out onto your private balcony and take in beautiful river views. With comfortable seating, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Comfort & Safety

Central heating and air conditioning keep you comfortable year-round. The condo includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras (none inside the unit).

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
This privately managed condo is located within Chula Vista Resort; however, reservations made through us do not include water park passes. At this time, Chula Vista Resort is not offering day passes to non-resort guests, so waterpark access cannot be purchased separately during your stay.

If waterpark access is an important part of your trip, you may want to consider nearby alternatives. Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park often offers day passes starting around $20, Great Wolf Lodge offers day passes for approximately $55, and Kalahari Resort offers day passes for around $99. Availability and pricing may vary.

Additionally, please keep in mind that outdoor pools and outdoor waterpark attractions in Wisconsin Dells are seasonal, typically operating from Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on weather and resort operating schedules.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. Please include your pet(s) in the reservation and ensure they are well-behaved during your stay. Additional house rules for pets may apply.
