The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing west, is located on the 4th floor of the historic Krusespeicher building. Wismar’s Old Harbor, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, is right at your doorstep. This is the perfect base for exploring the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbor is an extremely popular venue for events and celebrations—and it’s also the original filming location for *SOKO Wismar*, the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a diverse range of recreational activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbor Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long beach walks. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through you.

The Amenities
The bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with 4 glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an immersion blender. The combined living and dining area features a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (42 inches), a stereo system, and board games. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony with a direct view of the harbor. The bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The tastefully decorated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a safe that can accommodate a laptop up to approximately 17 inches.
A crib can be set up in the bedroom for a fee. Pets are welcome in this apartment.

Our team will warmly welcome you at the Krusespeicher reception desk and will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have during your stay. The Krusespeicher features a free sauna area spread over two levels; you’ll find two Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, and a relaxation room at your disposal
. In the basement of the apartment complex, there is a washer and dryer, as well as lockable storage for your bicycles. A public parking lot and a public parking garage (both for a fee) are located in the immediate vicinity.

In addition, a bread roll service is available for a fee—simply order at the front desk and pick it up the next morning in the Krusespeicher’s Living Room. There you’ll also find vending machines for specialty coffees, breakfast items, and snacks.

The linens package per person per stay is included for you! It includes one hand towel, one bath towel, bed linens, and one shower mat per bathroom. Upon request, our on-site team will also be happy to provide you with additional sets of bed linens and hand towels for a fee.
