”My daughter and I stayed for a birthday trip. It was such a beautiful place. Someone kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I never felt like I was "out of the loop". ”The house keeping staff fail to refill the body wash. When I get to the room the body wash was almost empty not enough for two people take a shower and no hand soap. After I asked the staff to refill the body wash or provide hand soap they only put a hand soap and never put the body wash. Besides the soap problem I can't complain of the other staff members. ”The place is ok for a short layover, but we wouldn’t want to book this for a longer stay. Our room was quite noisy, and there’s no housekeeping. We booked a room for 4 people, but it was set for only 2, and it took us several trips to the front desk and well over an hour to get the missing bedding & towels.
