It is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator.

Generous windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer a unique view of the Harle. From the living room, the bedroom, and the spacious loggia, you can enjoy a breathtaking view across the Harle all the way to the historic museum harbor.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen blends harmoniously into the living space. High-quality furniture, a comfortable sofa, a cozy armchair, and a TV ensure relaxing moments after an eventful day on the North Sea.

The stylishly furnished bedroom features two high-quality box-spring beds (each 90 x 200 cm). In addition, the living room has a pull-out sofa bed.

The modern bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, elegant design, and high-quality fixtures.

A travel crib and high chair are available for an additional fee.

A private parking space is available right next to the house. For bicycles and e-bikes, there is a locked bike room in the basement with charging stations.
