Huoneistohotellit – Woking

”Sijainti on loistava, rakennus on hyvässä kunnossa ja kaunis. Tässä paikassa oli myös henkilökuntaa, mikä oli hyvä, koska laukut pystyi jättämään säilytykseen. Mutta äänieristys oli ihan olematon, vaikka sijainti oli rauhallisella kadulla niin katumeteli oli häiritsevää ja samoin muista huoneistoista kuului häiritsevää meteliä mm. askelten äänet tuntuivat kuin elefantti olisi kävellyt. Huoneisto oli pienehkö ja vaikkakin mahdollinen kolmelle hengelle niin käytettävyyden puolesta parempi...

”Disappointing Stay The apartment was generally not clean, and both the sofa and one of the four kitchen chairs were unusable. Communication with the property was extremely difficult — even after several requests, clean towels were not provided for all guests. Customer service was very poor, and they even claimed that previous written reports about the issues didn’t exist. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority for them.”

”The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better. ”

”Kiva hotelli Länsi-Lontoossa. Huoneeni oli yllättävän tilava, siisti ja kaikinpuolin viihtyisä. Elektroninen lukko huoneeseen ei toiminut, mutta hotelli vastaili nopeasti whatsappviesteihin ja kaikki sujui oikein hyvin. Viemäristä tuli toisena aamuna todella outo haju ja viereisen huoneen aikainen check out kuului huoneeseen häiritsevästi, mutta kyseessä on vanhempi rakennus.”
