"We were absolutely delighted with this hotel! My child said it was the best hotel he has every stayed at, and he's well-travelled. The room was spacious and quiet, with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My kid loved the activities available, especially the minigolf. At 12, he was a bit too old for the play area and the kiddie pool, but I can see how they would be great for smaller kids. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No breakfast included with the room but you do get 10% off with a voucher. Parking was easy, which is important because there is no public transport. You can walk a little bit around the hotel but it's not practical to walk to downtown Neenah, for example. Housekeeping is by request only and you have to ask at the front desk. I would have preferred daily quick cleans (trash emptying, toilet paper refills, etc.) without having to request it. No need to change bedlinen or towels every day obviously. The view from our room was directly into the side wall of an extension building, so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again."
