Cottage 4 - Year Round Pet Friendly $50 Fee 1 Bed w/ Loft / 1 Bath & Courtyard

Cottage 4 - This is the third connected cottage with a private courtyard. We decorate for Halloween! See pictures!
It features 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Double Bed. There is a loft with two twins suitable for children, is accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 4 adults / 2 children.

The kitchenette features a two burner stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc.

We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies). Limit 1. No unregistered pets allowed. Pets must be registered at the time of booking.

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.
