Welcome to our Beachside Retreat, a beautifully styled holiday home designed for unforgettable getaways. Just 200 meters from the golden sands and pristine waters of Bombo Beach, you’ll also be close to Kiama’s vibrant township, glistening harbour and scenic coastal tracks. Whether you’re in the mood for a dip in the pool, a soothing session in the sauna or a peaceful seaside stroll, this holiday home is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and create lasting memories.

The Space
With 6 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably accomodates up to 16 guests, ideal for families or group getaways. There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy quality time together with multiple indoor and outdoor areas. Stay comfortable year-round with A/C, ceiling fans and heating throughout. Two dedicated games rooms provide hours of fun for adults and kids, with table tennis, foosball, slam dunk basketball, arcade consoles, and a pool table.

Main Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top, Nespresso coffee machine, ice-maker.

Downstairs Kitchen: Drinks fridge only. Utensils, cups, and plates are available in the main kitchen.

Outdoor Deck Area: BBQ, lounge, dining, smart TV. Sauna and a fifth toilet outside by the pool.

High-speed Wifi, surround-sound system in downstairs living.

Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, iron.

Parking: Driveway, additional free off-street parking.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES (bucks, hens, schoolies etc.) and we have a Non-excessive Noise Policy. External noise decibel monitor present. The home sits in a peaceful residential area. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
