”Stellar service, staff, and atmosphere. Extended stay cuz it was soooo good. Older facilities, but clean and accessible. Card only (that’s rt, NO CASH. Other than tips) was a bit inconvenient, but they do provide conversion machines cash to card. Can’t wait to come back in snow season. ”

”It was extremely clean and comfy despite It being a dog friendly hotel. My significant other, dog and I were greeted with the nicest customer service you could ask for. The hotel was being worked on -> directly outside our room<- during our stay, however, we didn't even notice as the employees were so quiet and polite. This is definitely a hotel I will revisit. ”An employee named Chris met me at the check in area and was so sweet and friendly. Really went out of his way to help me with my luggage and rolled the luggage gondola to my room. I'm nearly 80 years old and have back and leg problems. I didn't ask him, he just helped! The hallways are clean and fresh, the room pristine.I definitely wilk come back here again. ”

”Great little condo. Appears to be recently updated and very clean and nice. Took a short weekend ski trip for a ski instructor training with my wife and 4 year old daughter. It has a sofa bed but didn’t use it because daughter insisted on sleeping in king bed with us which was plenty big. Within walking distance of everything at Boyne Mountain. Close enough to take breaks. No need to drive anywhere, just park your car. Kitchenette was great for breakfast and lunch but we ate out for dinner....

”As a family of four we rented a 1 bedroom last year and it was sufficient. The 2 bedroom is awesome. Plenty of room, lots of amenities and easy access to boyne mountain and boyne tubing. Guests of BG can also valet skis for free at the base of the mountain rather than lugging back and forth.”

”The inside appears recently redone and clean. Great little place for two people to stay while golfing in the area. Would be very tight for more than two people. ”Easy booking/check-in process. Owner provided very detailed instructions via email/texts prior to our arrival. Studio was meticulously clean, and I loved the stylish ski-themed decor. I appreciated the wall of hooks and ski rack next to the front door. Also, bathroom area had numerous hooks for towels and clothing. Coffee bar area included mini fridge and microwave. The king bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and clean linens. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay...
