”Quiet hotel, perfect for a couple days stay. Close to amenities and clean comfortable room. Would have given a higher rating if room was cleaner but it wasn’t the biggest deal. Could see stains on bed sheets and hair clips left from previous guests on ground. Not many breakfast options in lobby but also near many restaurants/fast food. Receptionist were really nice during check in and out.”

”The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas.
The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported.”

”Booked our room the day of travel. Realized at check in, a few hours later, that I booked for the following week on accident. The hotel refused to let me switch the dates. So I had to rebook for the night and then I had a room for the following week too. I understand that I made the mistake. But I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t accommodate a date switch since I wasn ’t canceling and they would still get their money for the hotel stay.”

”The first thing I usually do when I get to a room is set up my CPAP machine. There were no plugs next to the bed so i moved the bed slightly to get to an outlet and saw that it has not been cleaned under in a really long time. I stayed the night, but was not happy. I went to breakfast the next morning and it was so messy and burnt stuff on the waffle maker. We did not eat breakfast. We actually left the hotel 2 days earlier than we were originally booked for.”

”the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable.”
