”This house is walking distance from Lower Beech Pond which is incredible swimming in silky water. The house was clean, the kitchen well outfitted, and the beds were comfortable. There is also a hiking trail nearby, Moody Mt. trail, with a rustic cabin at the top. This is very close to Wolfeboro for shopping and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any questions too. We're glad we stayed here!!”

”1. Very clean.2. Excellent hot water, and set of appliances3. Spa tub did not operate, but maintenance responded as soon as we realized it, late in our stay.4. Comfortable furniture and beds.5. Can XC or snow shoe on better than 2 miles of trails. Not groomed but really used by many folks. Of course, free.6. Had difficulty with ski locker which host and maintanence got fixed within the day. Great response, especially considering maintenance was very busy with a lot of snow removal needed...

The house only has a dresser/drawers in one bedroom and there are no hanging closets, plan to live out of your suitcases. The underfloor heat cannot keep up with low winter temperatures, expect low sixties inside if the outside temperature drops below 15F. I would not recommend during Jan and Feb. Animals in the attic. Property management very communicative, but did not correct the...
