”We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

”Good breakfast”

”Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.”

With the low rates, it can be understandable when the facility isn't fancy; however, there's holes in walls in each room I stay in, microwaves that don't work, doors that don't shut, door locks that don't work, and un-flushable commodes . ”Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

”This place is a dump. It's the type of hotel you rent by the hour, not the day. Damp smelling throughout, filthy, room wasn't clean when we checked in. Stains all over the place. And that's the good parts. Paper thin walls and you can hear everything going on in every other room. People were out in the parking lot, playing music, and drinking until 4:00 am. Hotel staff did nothing. People walking in and out and slamming doors all hours. Brutal. If I could give it negative...

”Our first room smelled kind of funky so we asked the lovely staff at the front desk about it and they moved us to a nice new perfectly nice smelling room asap! The included breakfast was nice and parking was plentiful.”

”The air conditioner was very loud and when shut off still sounded like a loud windstorm. Two drinks at the pool were $38USD and then the hotel added $10 + tax for an ammenity fee. No prices posted anywhere. Not were we told there would be an additional fees added. The checkout next day I was asked if I wanted a printed receipt. I said yes but then was told I couldnt have one.”
