We stayed this past weekend for my daughter's softball tournament. Multiple families on the team stayed as well. All the rooms smelled strongly of weed. The rooms were not cleaned well and multiple locks were broken.
Two of the families who were staying with us had to move rooms multiple because of locks being broken, mattresses dirty/stained (almost looked like it was in a flood) yellow stain on the bottom of the mattress that extended upward. When the one family asked to move because there was no lock on the door. The front desk said "maintenance will fix it tomorrow". Mind you when we first got there, the police just raided a room. There is no reason a mother and daughter should be expected to stay in a room with no lock.
There were multiple hairs in the scrambled eggs.
In the only working elevator there was some wet yellow sticky substance on the ground. They placed a wet floor sign proped against the wall but the whole weekend it was just there and no one cleaned it up.
Overall I cant say much about staff, no one really ask if we needed help or even acknowledge us while there other then check in.
Will not be staying here again!!
