”My family and I stayed at this property for eight days as part of my wife's 50th birthday celebration in the D.C. area. The property is very comfortable and close to King Street, where there is plenty for everyone to do. My kids went to the "Call Your Momma" bagel shop every morning, which is two blocks away. Communications with the property owner was clear and fast -- really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again.”

”I spent 3 nights at the house with 2 of my sisters and we really enjoyed it! The house is very nicely furnished and decorated and has everything you might need. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks, which was a nice welcome. I slept in the bedroom on the first floor and it was quite comfortable. "Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. "
