”Clean and helpful”

”It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Honestly, it was everything we could have wanted. We had a great stay and would stay here again.”

”A socer team was staying on the 1st floor. As the parents hung out in the breakfast area the kids were running up and down the hall going in and out of each other rooms and being extremely loud. After 10 pm I asked the front desk to ask the parents to control their kids. That worked for about 5 minutes then about 10 kids moved into the room next door. At 1115 the kids were still out of control so I went to the front desk and asked the new desk attendant to talk to the parents who were still in...

”Upon arrival, we were informed that they were painting the outside, renovating, and the hot tub didn’t work. Also walking to our room, the carpet was torn up and tripping hazard not to mention the garbage piled up outside a room that sat for 2 days. No warning to any of it and we had booked weeks prior. Also the breakfast bar worked half the time.”

”This worked, but it felt dirty and there was a small roach as soon as we got there. We had our kids keep their shoes on the whole time. The shower is small and sprayed water everywhere, and everything is old and looked / felt a little gross. The sheets and towels looked and felt clean though and the beds were fine. ”Our room was very clean and small kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pans, bowls, plates and utensils you would need. Although we only stayed one night, the room would be perfect for a more lengthy stay.”

”Only bad thing was we asked for batteries for the tv remote and they said no. Other than that is was a great stay.”

”It’s an older hotel. It’s been updated so you can see some things that they missed like the a charger pod plug-ins are helpful if you don’t have a box on the light fixtures. But other than all the rooms very small we had a wagon and it was just hard to find a place to put it. The pool on the hot tub on the breakfast wasn’t as good some of the hours that we’ve had and we came like an hour before closing and all the stuff where they’re eating breakfast so we didn’t even really get to have the full...

”Overall good budget stay. Booked two rooms, one for my wife and the other for my 2 adult sons. Room was 2 queens but one bed is a pullout sofabed that was OK but not super comfortable. Room is setup for an extended stay with lots of kitchen stuff. Buffet breakfast was fine. Very friendly staff, everything was clean and there was plenty of parking.”

”Having stayed at this property some years ago I booked it again to visit with a family member who was hospitalized for the week. Assuming the property changed hands and the new owners obviously we’re trying to maximize profits and not only have made no improvements on the property, but it failed to do any maintenance for sometime. The carpeting is disgusting needs to be replaced. The tiles in the elevator cracked. The carpet in the room was so bad that I either kept sandals on her or socks, and...
