”The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...

”Our room was clean and convenient. We were sad the pool wasn’t open but thankful the staff allowed us access to the pool adjacent. Breakfast room was spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable.”

Great ambassadors for the city! The location was perfect for my needs (we had to visit the U.S. Passport Office). The room & furnishings were a wee bit tired (furniture battered, rug could use refreshing, shower/tub could use updating), but it was clean, comfortable, and not terribly expensive.”
